How introductions work
What we do
pinspain.com is a free cost calculator for people buying a home in Spain. When you ask for an introduction, we pass your request to one registered estate agency in the town you chose. We are not an estate agency and we do not sell homes.
Who receives your details
One estate agency per town, registered where the region requires it, that serves buyers in your language. Before we pass anything on we email you the agency's name. If no agency covers your town yet, your request waits and we tell you.
What it costs you
Nothing. If you buy through the agency we introduced, the agency pays us a share of its own commission. That share never changes the price you pay.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the address on the privacy policy. We keep a request for up to 12 months, the period in which a purchase can follow from an introduction.
