What pinspain.com is
A free calculator that shows foreign buyers what a home in Spain really costs: purchase tax by region, notary, registry, lawyer, mortgage costs and the yearly bills. It is published in English, Dutch and German. We are not an estate agency and we do not list or sell homes.
What you receive
- Buyers who ask to be introduced, with their explicit consent to share their details with your agency only
- A short buyer brief: budget, town, timeline, cash or mortgage, language, and the costs they have already seen
- One agency per town: no list of agents competing for the same buyer
What it costs
Nothing up front and nothing per lead. A referral fee of 20 to 25 % of your agency's commission, only when an introduced buyer completes a purchase through you within 12 months of the introduction.
What we ask
- Registered agency, with the registration number where the region requires one
- A reply to introduced buyers in their language
- A one-click status update per buyer (viewing, offer, reserved, completed, lost)
- A written referral agreement with data protection terms before the first introduction
How to start
Write to us and we send the referral agreement. The town stays yours for 12 months from signature.
